At APEX | SHARKWEAR, every piece is built with quality and made to last. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, items must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns on:
    • Final sale items
    • Limited release drops
    • Headwear
    • Stickers
    • Jewelry
    • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage outside of manufacturing defects will not be accepted.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns are eligible for a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited inventory.
  • We recommend returning your item for a refund or credit and placing a new order.

Late or Non-Qualifying Returns

  • Returns received outside the 14-day window or that don’t meet our eligibility criteria will not be accepted and may be shipped back to you at your expense.
